Shipping and Returns

We do our best to check every product carefully before it is shipped, though if you still find a problem or are unsatisfied with the quality due to defects in manufacturing, your product may be returned to us free of charge. Please contact us first to make sure your warranty covers any returns to avoid unecessary charges.

Other returns or exchanges not covered by warranty are charged at 15% + vat of the item cost to cover administration fees.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance is available to cover goods during transport at the additional cost of 6% of the total value of the goods. Though we do ensure all goods are packaged in a way that they do not get damaged if handled normally, Sprint-line.com cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by shipping companies to your goods in transit.
